2VVN2-50 Water ring vacuum pump
2VVN2-50 Water ring vacuum pump
The use of a 2VVN2-50(H) water-ring vacuum pump for pumping out water-gas mixtures is allowed only if the bulk of the water is separated and discharged at the pump entrance. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to unacceptable overload of the electric motor and destruction of the working parts of the 2VVN2-50(H) pump. The 2VVN2-50(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-015-00218526-2000, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. The quality of electricity must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 32144-2013.

2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
The 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump consists of housings, a steam pipe, a trap and a heater. The alignment of the steam line in the pump housing 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 is carried out by a steam line screed, which, when installing the housing on the collector, enters its upper end into the hole of the hood (oil reflector). The required effective speed of action of the forevacuum pump (pumps) at a pressure of 200 Pa (1.5 mm Hg) at the outlet of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump is not less than 25 l/s. The maximum residual pressure of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump measured by the PMI-2 manometric ionization converter with nitrogen filled into its trap, is no more than 6.6 × 10-4 Pa (5 × 10-6 mm Hg). The pressure of the cooling water at the inlet to the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump should be from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa (from 2 to 5 kgf / cm2). The drain from the pump must be free with a jet break. Cooling water consumption is 360 l/h. The total amount of working fluid for the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump is 17 liters, the level of the working fluid should be between the upper and lower marks of the level gauge. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium, so the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be 100 hours or more. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the input pressure range from 1.33 to 13.3 Pa (from 1 · 10-2 to 1 · 10-1 mm Hg). The operating mode of the pump in the range from 13.3 Pa (0.1 mmHg) to the maximum residual pressure is cyclically irregular.

NVDM-250 High vacuum Diffusion Pump
NVDM-250 High vacuum Diffusion Pump
The operation of the NVDM-250 diffusion pump is based on the capture and transfer of the pumped gas by a steam jet flowing from the slit gaps of the steam line nozzles towards the outlet flange. The oil reflector of the NVDM-250 diffusion pump is a flange with a cooling tube passing through it, soldered to a cap located in the center of the flange. The NVDM-250 open-type diffusion pump heater is a metal housing with a ceramic base laid in it with a heating element in the form of a spiral made of nichrome wire. During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to monitor the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water, the level of the working fluid and its temperature. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium. Therefore, the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be from 100 to 1000 or more hours. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the range of inlet pressures from 6.6 × 10-2 to 13.3 Pa (from 5 ×10-4 to 1 ×10-1 mmHg). Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of no more than 0.5 MPa (5 kgf / cm2) and temperature from plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption is 100+15 l/h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 400C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). Not allowed: operation of the pump without water cooling, exceeding the maximum exhaust pressure of 33.3 Pa (0.25 mmHg) The level of the working fluid during operation, at which the parameters of the pump NVDM-250 are provided, must correspond to min 8mm, max 13mm. The volume of the filled working fluid is 0.55 l

2NVBM-160/1000 Booster high vacuum pump
2NVBM-160/1000 Booster high vacuum pump
The 2NVBM-160(R)/1000 booster pump is a structure consisting of housings, a steam pipe, a trap and a heater. The alignment of the steam line in the 2NVBM-160(R)/1000 pump housing is carried out by a rod inserted into the hole of the hood (oil reflector) and screwed into the upper part of the steam line. The required effective speed of action of the pre-vacuum pump (pumps) at a pressure of 93 Pa (0.7 mm Hg) at the outlet of the booster pump 2NVBM-160(P)/1000 is not less than 15 l/s. The maximum residual pressure of the 2NVBM-160(P)/1000 pump, measured by the PMI-2 manometric ionization converter with nitrogen filled into its trap, is no more than 1.3×10-3 Pa (1×10-5 mm Hg). The pressure of cooling water at the inlet to the 2NVBM-160 pump should be from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa (from 2 to 5 kgf/cm2). The drain from the pump must be free with a jet break. Cooling water consumption is 145 l/h. The total amount of working fluid for the 2NVBM-160(P)/1000 pump is 5 liters., the level of working fluid should be between the upper and lower risks of the level gauge. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium, so the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be 100 hours or more. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the input pressure range from 1.33 to 13.3 Pa (from 1·10-2 to 1·10-1 mm Hg).
