2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
The 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump consists of housings, a steam pipe, a trap and a heater. The alignment of the steam line in the pump housing 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 is carried out by a steam line screed, which, when installing the housing on the collector, enters its upper end into the hole of the hood (oil reflector). The required effective speed of action of the forevacuum pump (pumps) at a pressure of 200 Pa (1.5 mm Hg) at the outlet of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump is not less than 25 l/s. The maximum residual pressure of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump measured by the PMI-2 manometric ionization converter with nitrogen filled into its trap, is no more than 6.6 × 10-4 Pa (5 × 10-6 mm Hg). The pressure of the cooling water at the inlet to the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump should be from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa (from 2 to 5 kgf / cm2). The drain from the pump must be free with a jet break. Cooling water consumption is 360 l/h. The total amount of working fluid for the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump is 17 liters, the level of the working fluid should be between the upper and lower marks of the level gauge. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium, so the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be 100 hours or more. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the input pressure range from 1.33 to 13.3 Pa (from 1 · 10-2 to 1 · 10-1 mm Hg). The operating mode of the pump in the range from 13.3 Pa (0.1 mmHg) to the maximum residual pressure is cyclically irregular.

ND-630 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-630 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-630 diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (uner technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-630 diffusion pump is a maximum of 9 liters, a minimum of 6 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has marks of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid practically does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-630 diffusion pump using one temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the ND-630 diffusion pump up to 360°C, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 600 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 80 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).

NVDM-100 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
NVDM-100 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
The operation of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is based on the capture and transfer of the pumped gas by a steam jet flowing from the slit gaps of the steam line nozzles towards the outlet flange. The oil reflector of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is a cap with a cooling tube soldered onto it with fittings. The open heater of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump is a metal housing with a ceramic base laid in it with a heating element made in the form of a spiral of nichrome wire. During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to monitor the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water, the level of the working fluid and its temperature. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium. Therefore, the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be from 100 to 1000 or more hours. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the range of inlet pressures from 6.6×10-2 to 13.3 Pa (from 5×10-4 to 1×10-1 mm Hg). Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and oil reflector should be supplied with a pressure of no more than 0.5 MPa (5 kgf / cm2) and temperature from plus 4˚C to plus 25˚C. The recommended cooling water consumption is 35+5 l/h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40˚C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). Not allowed: operation of the pump without water cooling, exceeding the maximum exhaust pressure of 35 Pa (0.263 mm Hg). The level of the working fluid during operation, at which the parameters of the NVDM-100 diffusion pump are provided, must correspond to min 7mm, max 11mm. The volume of the filled working fluid is 0.07/
