An exhaust cabinet for heating furnaces. The chamber of the laboratory fume cupboard is sheathed with ceramic granite (30x30 cm) from the inside. The base of the cabinet has an all-welded metal frame in powder coating. The side laminated panels (chipboard with a thickness of 16 mm) are edged along the facade with a durable 2-mm PVC edge, which increases their impact resistance and mechanical strength. Exhaust laboratory cabinets are used when working with toxic and harmful volatile materials, with clean materials, with dissolution or decomposition under heat treatment, during sample analysis and many others. The countertop of the exhaust laboratory cabinet is made of ceramic granite as standard. Porcelain stoneware (tile) has a number of advantages: it is resistant to prolonged exposure to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, it has higher mechanical resistance, it withstands high temperatures, it has limited resistance to hydrofluoric acid. Many possible variants of table tops resistant to aggressive materials make the fume cupboard indispensable for any laboratory.
