The SHVM NVK 1200 MON is a metal fume cupboard for laboratory. The table top is made of monolithic ceramics, its width is 1200 mm. External dimensions of the cabinet (W×D×H): 1260×750×2250 mm. Reliable and durable construction The table top is made of a single ceramic plate with a width of 1200 mm. The seamless monolith of the countertop provides the highest reliability and durability. THe ceramics are great for all chemical laboratories, including those that work with substances at high temperatures. It perfectly tolerates heat, is moisture-resistant, resistant to acids and alkalis. High-temperature equipment (drying cabinets, muffle furnaces) can be placed on the table top. The cabinet has an all-welded metal frame covered with durable powder paint. All panels are made of polymer-coated metal. The front anti-spill side is made of polished stainless steel AISI-316. There are four exhaust zones in the working chamber: they are located in the hood of the exhaust box and just above the level of the countertop. Diameter of the flange for connection to the ventilation system: 150 mm. The hood area is also made of metal. The protective screen of the cabinet can be easily lifted with one hand. It folds up and when lifted does not increase the overall height of the cabinet. It is made of 4 mm tempered glass in an aluminum frame. The sockets and the switch of the LED lamp are located outside the working area, on the right-hand side of the front panel of the cabinet. The sockets are splash-proof and are designed for current up to 16 A and voltage up to 250 V. Next to the switch there is a toggle switch of the automatic emergency power off. The reagents needed for work can be placed in the lower cabinet also made of metal. The cabinet has three swing doors and one fixed shelf. It has its own hood (pipe diameter 100 mm), which can be connected to the general exhaust system of the cabinet using the nozzle included in the cabinet kit. The cabinet legs are adjustable in height, allowing you to place the cabinet even on a rather uneven floor. A lamp and two sockets are built into the superstructure. It is designed for standing work: the height of the table top is 85 cm. External dimensions of the table (W×D×H): 1210×700×1650 mm. The table top made of monolithic ceramics is moisture-resistant, perfectly withstands high temperatures. It is more resistant to chemicals and heat than ceramic tile since there are no seams.
