Primelab water jet pump
Primelab water jet pump
from 1 360 ₽
Our company produces water-jet pumps not only according to our drawings, but also according to the customer’s drawings and technical specifications. How to order The Primelab water jet pump is an effective and simple device that allows you to pump out air from a desiccator, small reactor or evaporator, and organize the functioning of a vacuum line. It does not require electricity to operate, just connect to the water supply. The product is made of high quality heat-resistant tempered glass. The upper outlet is connected to the water supply using a flexible hose; water will be drained through the lower outlet. The side outlet is connected to the device in which it is necessary to create a vacuum. The pump is installed vertically. Tap water is supplied from top to bottom. The upper part of the pump gradually narrows, increasing the speed of water flow. The jet exits the nozzle at the central expansion. According to the laws of physics, as the speed of water flow increases, the pressure drops. Therefore, a vacuum is formed in the central expansion, which draws in air from the side outlet. This air is entrained by the falling water into the lower outlet tube. In this way, air is pumped out from the device or vessel connected to the pump.

ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-250(P) diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump is a maximum of 1.8 liters, a minimum of 1.3 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has labels of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid almost does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump using the same temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the pump up to 320˚C, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 160 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 20 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).

2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
2NVBM-250/3000 Booster high vacuum pump
The 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump consists of housings, a steam pipe, a trap and a heater. The alignment of the steam line in the pump housing 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 is carried out by a steam line screed, which, when installing the housing on the collector, enters its upper end into the hole of the hood (oil reflector). The required effective speed of action of the forevacuum pump (pumps) at a pressure of 200 Pa (1.5 mm Hg) at the outlet of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 booster pump is not less than 25 l/s. The maximum residual pressure of the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump measured by the PMI-2 manometric ionization converter with nitrogen filled into its trap, is no more than 6.6 × 10-4 Pa (5 × 10-6 mm Hg). The pressure of the cooling water at the inlet to the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump should be from 0.2 to 0.5 MPa (from 2 to 5 kgf / cm2). The drain from the pump must be free with a jet break. Cooling water consumption is 360 l/h. The total amount of working fluid for the 2NVBM-250(R)/3000 pump is 17 liters, the level of the working fluid should be between the upper and lower marks of the level gauge. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium, so the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be 100 hours or more. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the input pressure range from 1.33 to 13.3 Pa (from 1 · 10-2 to 1 · 10-1 mm Hg). The operating mode of the pump in the range from 13.3 Pa (0.1 mmHg) to the maximum residual pressure is cyclically irregular.
