QuattroPlex is the first Russian open multiplex platform for quantitative and qualitative analysis of biomarkers using immunofluorescence analysis on fluorescent beads. The detection technology copies xMap technology, which allows the analysis of several dozen analytes in a minimum volume. The device allows you to analyze a wide range of markers and is designed to work with 96-well plates.

The vitreous value is calculated using a software-implemented algorithm using special calibration equations. The analysis time is 1 minute. Automation of the vitreous assessment avoids the error associated with the subjective opinion of a specialist. The use of specially developed calibration standards based on optical filters for uniform adjustment of diaphanoscopes permits to coordinate the operation of two or more devices remotely. The interlaboratory error in determining the vitreousness on the devices included in the network does not exceed the standard. All the results of the determination of the vitreousness of wheat with the corresponding grain images are stored in the archive.
