From November 27 to 29, 2024, the IV Congress of Young Scientists was held in the Science and Art Park of the Sirius Federal Territory. This is the key annual event of the Decade of Science and Technology, announced by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2022.
This year the event brought together almost 7,000 participants from 40 countries all over the world, including leaders of national science, representatives of scientific schools, business, authorities, industrial partners and state corporations, as well as young scientists, winners of competitions, grants, students and schoolchildren from Russia and other countries.
The main theme of the Forum is “Priorities of scientific and technological development: creating the future today”.
At the exhibition, technical specialists of JSC “Research Institute of Introscopy of the Moscow Research and Production Association “SPECTRE” presented the company's developments in the field of non-destructive testing. Among them:
· TapiRUS Universal NDT Specialist Template - it measures more than 40 parameters of welded joints;
· Eddy current VD-90NP flaw detector – it allows to timely detect cracks in those structures that are already in operation and prevent large-scale accidents with equipment damage and the need to stop the working process indefinitely.

The Congress program included discussions, master classes, lectures, scientific battles and exhibitions. The participants discussed the main challenges of modern science and shared their developments that will benefit the country and have every chance of reaching the international level. The event also summed up the scientific and technological results of the year.
The IV Congress of Young Scientists has become not only a meeting place for talented researchers, but also a platform where the future of Russian science is being formed.

The Congress is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, as well as the Coordination Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres.
