About
«NASHA LABA» is an online catalog service for searching and selecting scientific (or, generally, R&D) equipment and components made in Russia and Belarus. The Coordination Council for Youth Affairs of the Presidential Council for Science and Education (Сorсouncil) launched it in July 2022. The catalog includes domestic-made analogues of the devices no longer supplied to the Russian Federation due to sanctions.
The site has personal accounts (https://lab.scienceid.net/login/), where you can register (https://lab.scienceid.net/register/) as a manufacturer, seller, buyer or user. Since 2024, a united authorization system is available for three platforms – NASHA LABA, Science-ID and Colab.ws.
«NASHA LABA» has versions in 6 foreign languages - English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Farsi and Chinese.
The project is supported by the non-governmental promotion institute "Innopraktika", Rosmolodezh agency and the Presidential Grants Fund; the project also receives assistance from equipment manufacturers and our volunteers (https://lab.scienceid.net/volunteer/) - students from Russian universities working on the catalog updates.

The project unites a number of services specially designed for scientists, manufacturers of scientific equipment and innovative business:
Catalog of chemicals (https://lab.scienceid.net/catalog/10445) and bioreagents (https://lab.scienceid.net/catalog/12822/) have user-friendly search systems:
– The interactive All-Russian map «Scientific Workshops» (https://lab.scienceid.net/scientific-workshop/) unites over 70 companies performing maintenance repair, services of research and engineering equipment. The service helps finding a high-level service engineer in the nearest city or region, and the rating and review system will help you choose the best, proven specialists. You can search for a workshop by name, region, area of work/service, brand/name of a foreign or Russian device or component.
– The catalog of Russian scientific software (https://lab.scienceid.net/catalog/9935) offers scientists and researchers more than 1000 items, including Russian analogues of foreign software. You can search by software type, application area, company or its location.
– «The Custom Work» module (https://lab.scienceid.net/work-to-order/), created with the support of the Kurchatov Institute National Research Center, combines two sections – “Scientific and Technical Requests” and “Tasks from Industrial Enterprises”. These services present the research and design requests by governmental and private sector enterprises so that all potential performers can contact them and make a deal.
– The catalog of State Standard Samples (reference samples, SSS) from the National Center of Reference Samples (NCRS) includes over 130 products. The joint project of NASHA LABA and NCRS on upgrade of reference samples catalog will facilitate the work of quality control and research labs, especially in pharmaceutics.
– «The NASHA LABA.WINE» module (https://lab.scienceid.net/nasha-laba-wine/) presents a catalog of scientific and production equipment for winemaking and viticulture. In current alpha version, there are 4 sections for searching scientific equipment: to analyze the physicochemical parameters of grapes and wine, to study the genomics of grapes and wine microorganisms, to use in a microclonal laboratory, as well as in a microbiological laboratory. The service features a convenient smart search system.
– The section «Support measures for manufacturers» (https://lab.scienceid.net/manufacturer-support/) is a constantly updated aggregator of information on various federal and regional grants and other promotion programs to help our manufacturers.
Exhibitions
"NASHA LABA" annually participates at the largest domestic scientific and industrial forums and exhibitions.
Young Scientists Congress in Sirius
At the end of 2022, with the support of our partners - JSC URALCHEM Holding Company - NASHA LABA went offline for the first time as a part of the II Congress of Young Scientists. We organized an exhibition of Russian and Belarusian manufacturers of scientific equipment and components. The exhibition included more than 30 brands – for chemists, biologists, physicists and many others. Moreover, during the Congress the President of the Russian Federation held the meeting with young scientists, where Olga Tarasova as a participant told him about the project. The Head of State approved this initiative.
In 2023, achievements of Russian scientific instrumentation were presented to the President at the exhibition of the NASHA LABA project. The exposition of domestic equipment and components featured 17 brands, 130 scientific products and 103 reagents. The partners were URALCHEM JSC and SIBUR.
International Exhibition and Forum «Russia»
From November 2023 to July 2024, NASHA LABA worked as part of the exposition of the Decade of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. For eight months NASHA LABA stand has presented chemical, biological and agricultural, physical and engineering, metrological and testing, medical and pharmaceutical laboratories, as well as a laboratory of all sciences.
In addition, «NASHA LABA» annually takes part in such major international and federal events as SPIEF, EEF, Kurchatov Genome Forum, Mendeleev Congress, Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum and others.
