It is intended for painting blood smears or other biological preparations on slides - slides by the group method (slides are placed in holders) according to a given technological program in diagnostic and research laboratories. Cassettes with fixed slides successively go through 5 working stages: 1) Pre-drying of freshly prepared preparations; 2) Fixation with pre-painting; 3) Basic coloring; 4) Flushing; 5) Drying. The cassettes are moved to the next position by the forward-return movement of the trays. The time of each stage is the same. It can be set when ordering the device. Factory setting – 5 minutes. The total duration of all stages is 20 minutes. The coloring process is carried out along a linear trajectory. Slides with a smear should be placed in special cassettes and fixed by turning the eccentric lever. Fill the baths with reagents and install them in the device at the specified places. Place the slide cassette on the pre-drying starting position. If the preparations are dry, the cassette with slides should be immediately placed in a bath with a retainer. The time of each stage is 5 minutes. The whole procedure of painting and drying takes no more than 20 minutes. With sequential installation, the device can process up to 12 cassettes, i.e. up to 120 slides per hour.
