The complex includes: single-flow turbomolecular vacuum pump VGTN-400; frequency converter; set of mounting parts; operation manual. For connecting to the pre-vacuum pumping system, the pump is equipped with an ISO-KF25 exhaust flange. If necessary, it can be updated with an ISO-KF16 flange for purging the pump with inert gas. Pump cooling is combined. Based on the operating conditions, the complex can work both with forced air cooling and with water cooling. The working orientation in space is arbitrary. One of the key features of the pump is that a breakthrough of the atmosphere is possible. High-tech and productive magnetic stirrer with heating PL-HR-Steps, 20 liters, designed for laboratories of various profiles, including research and production purposes. The stirrer can mix at speeds up to 1500 rpm and heat up to +550 °C. The working platform is made of stainless steel, and the top covering is made of chemically resistant refractory glass (glass ceramics). The heated magnetic stirrer PL-HR-Steps has expanded functionality compared to the Basic modification. The Steps modification allows users to create and run their own special programs based on a graph of temperature and rotation speed versus time. The user can create a program by specifying a set of parameters for each step, including step duration, set temperature and rotation speed. The program subsystem provides flexible control of the heating and mixing process. The main functionality of the subsystem includes: • number of program steps from 1 to 5; • maximum step duration up to 990 minutes; • possibility of manual control control during program execution; • ability to run 1 program (heating/rotation). The PL-HR-Steps stirrer does not support "Gentle heating" modes. The user selects temperature, speed and time settings using two round knobs. The digital display shows the set and actual characteristics, as well as icons of the processes and functions being performed. The set parameters are saved in non-volatile memory. After heating is turned off, a warning about a hot platform is displayed on the screen. There is protection against overheating: at +550 °C the electric heating element automatically turns off. The spectrometer was created according to the Cherni-Turner scheme based on a flat diffraction grating and an MAES analyzer with one line of photodetectors. It has increased photometric accuracy due to cooling and temperature stabilization of the photodetector range, as well as due to its shell-less design, in which there is no re-reflection of radiation on the cover glass and the background level in the recorded spectrum decreases. The optical scheme and design of the spectrometer are optimized to obtain a high-quality spectrum with a low level of background radiation in any of the regions lying in the spectral range of 190-1100 nm. The choice of the working area is carried out by changing and rotating the diffraction gratings. The sealed case of the spectrometer is filled with an inert gas. The radiation is injected into the spectrometer using a quartz capacitor or a fiber-optic cable with an SMA-905 connector. The optical scheme and design of the spectrometer are protected by patents.
