NVSp-35 Spiral Vacuum Pump
NVSp-35 Spiral Vacuum Pump
The NVSp-35 dry vacuum spiral pump can operate continuously at an inlet pressure of no more than 10 kPa (75 mm Hg), pumping out one or more sealed vessels with a total volume of no more than 3.5 m3 from atmospheric to residual pressure during the day. Pumping of vessels of the specified volume with leakage is allowed, but the leakage should not cause an increase in pressure at the pump inlet of more than 10 kPa (75 mm Hg).

NVDM-250 High vacuum Diffusion Pump
NVDM-250 High vacuum Diffusion Pump
The operation of the NVDM-250 diffusion pump is based on the capture and transfer of the pumped gas by a steam jet flowing from the slit gaps of the steam line nozzles towards the outlet flange. The oil reflector of the NVDM-250 diffusion pump is a flange with a cooling tube passing through it, soldered to a cap located in the center of the flange. The NVDM-250 open-type diffusion pump heater is a metal housing with a ceramic base laid in it with a heating element in the form of a spiral made of nichrome wire. During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to monitor the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water, the level of the working fluid and its temperature. Replacement or refilling of the working fluid depends on the operating mode of the pump (inlet pressure, pumping duration, etc.) and the composition of the pumped medium. Therefore, the time after which the working fluid is replaced or refilled can be from 100 to 1000 or more hours. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the range of inlet pressures from 6.6 × 10-2 to 13.3 Pa (from 5 ×10-4 to 1 ×10-1 mmHg). Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of no more than 0.5 MPa (5 kgf / cm2) and temperature from plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption is 100+15 l/h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 400C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). Not allowed: operation of the pump without water cooling, exceeding the maximum exhaust pressure of 33.3 Pa (0.25 mmHg) The level of the working fluid during operation, at which the parameters of the pump NVDM-250 are provided, must correspond to min 8mm, max 13mm. The volume of the filled working fluid is 0.55 l

NVDM-160 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
NVDM-160 High-vacuum Diffusion Pump
The operation of the NVDM-160 diffusion pump is based on the capture and transfer of the pumped gas by a steam jet flowing from the slit gaps of the steam line nozzles towards the outlet flange. The oil reflector of the NVDM-160 diffusion pump is a flange with a cooling tube passing through it, soldered to a cap located in the center of the flange. The NVDM-160 closed-type diffusion pump heater consists of tubular electric heaters fixed in the heater housing. A large flow rate of the working fluid is observed when the pump is operating in the range of inlet pressures from 6.6×10-2 to 13.3 Pa (from 5×10-4 to 1×10-1 mm Hg). Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of no more than 0.5 MPa (5 kgf / cm2) and temperature from plus 40C to plus 250C. The recommended cooling water consumption is 60+10 l/h and is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 400C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break). Not allowed: operation of the pump without water cooling, exceeding the maximum exhaust pressure of 33.3 Pa (0.25 mm Hg). The level of the working fluid during operation, at which the parameters of the NVDM-160 pump are provided, must correspond to min 10mm, max 17mm. The volume of the filled working fluid is 0.3 liters

3VVN1-12M Water ring vacuum pump
3VVN1-12M Water ring vacuum pump
The working fluid of the pump is water. The use of the 3VVN1-12M(H) pump for pumping out water-gas mixtures is allowed only if the bulk of the water is separated and discharged at the pump entrance. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to unacceptable overload of the engine and destruction of the pump's working parts. The 3VVN1-12M(H) water ring vacuum pump is not intended for use in fire and explosion hazardous industries. The 3VVN1-12M(H) vacuum water ring pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 and O4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-053-00218526-2013, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006.

ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
ND-250 High-vacuum diffusion pump
The working condition of the ND-250(P) diffusion pump depends on the temperature of the working fluid in the pump boiler. During the initial filling, it is recommended to fill the maximum volume of the working fluid. Working fluid is "VACMA OIL 500" vacuum oil (under technical specifications TU 19.20.29-061-00218526-2019). The total amount of working fluid in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump is a maximum of 1.8 liters, a minimum of 1.3 liters. The viewing window for visual inspection of the working fluid has labels of its maximum and minimum amounts. During normal operation of the pump, the level of the working fluid almost does not change. The temperature of the working fluid when the pump is operating at the maximum residual pressure is about 240°C to 255°C. It is recommended to monitor the operation of heaters in the ND-250(R) diffusion pump using the same temperature sensor. The temperature sensor must be installed in a special radiator socket above the heater. If there is a loss of working fluid and an increase in the temperature of the radiators of the pump up to 320˚C, the temperature sensor must give the command to automatically turn off the heaters. The subsequent activation of the pump heaters should not be automatic and should be performed only after cooling the system. Water at the inlet to the cooling systems of the housing and the oil reflector must be supplied with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) to 0.5 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) and a temperature of plus 4°C to plus 25°C. The recommended cooling water consumption for the housing is 160 l/h, for the oil reflector it is 20 l / h. It is regulated by the outlet water temperature, which should not exceed plus 40°C. The water drain should be free (with a jet break).
