During operation, the standard is set to the working position by an additional drive. Mechanical damage or loss of the standard is excluded. The output to the operating mode is no more than 30 seconds. The determination of whiteness is carried out in 15 seconds. To determine the whiteness of flour, the operator needs to fill 2 compartments of the cuvette with the test sample of flour, install the cuvette in the device and start the measurement process. All the results of the whiteness definitions are stored in the archive. The operator has the opportunity to view the electronic measurement log.
