The system includes a digital ionization-thermocouple vacuum meter with a continuous pressure measurement range, automatic degassing of sensors and a digital gas flow meter containing two or more built-in precision gas flow regulators, with thermometric gas flow meters, which allows the device to operate in the mode of autonomous intake of specified gas flow rates, regardless of the inlet pressure.
