The 2ZVE-250R vacuum shutter with electromechanical drive equipped with 250mm conditional passages is designed to overlap vacuum systems in the range of operating pressures from 1x10-6 to 1.07x105 Pa (0.75x10–8 to 800 mm Hg). The 2ZVE-250R shutter is pendulum-type. The 23VE-250R shutter is manufactured in the climatic version UHL (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) and O (i.e. general) 4 according to GOST standard 15150-69. The working environment is air and non–aggressive gases. It is not intended for use in fire and explosive hazardous industries. The 23VE-250R shutter meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-040-00218526-2003. According to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, the gate belongs to Class I electrical equipment according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75.

The electric vacuum drying cabinet SNVS-5,05.4,65.4,90/2-I2/2 KV is designed for drying and setting selected stages (up to 20 in each program) of the vacuum depth with automatic maintenance of the set value and automatic nitrogen (inert gas) supply to the chamber.

Pumping out steam-gas mixtures is allowed only when the gas-ballast device is open. The NVR-0,1D vacuum plate-rotary pump is manufactured in the climatic version of UHL 4 (i.e. for moderate and cold climate) according to GOST standard 15150-69, but to be used at ambient temperature and pumped medium 283 K to 308 K (+10˚C to +35˚C). It meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 3648-021-00218526-2001, designed and manufactured taking into account the requirements of GOST R 52615-2006. The quality of electricity must meet the requrimemnts of GOST 53390-2009.

The AVDM-250 high-vacuum unit is a structure consisting of a vacuum diffusion oil-vapor pump, a nitrogen trap, a vacuum gate, a frame or a plate. The principle of operation of the AVDM-250 unit is based on the pumping action of a vacuum diffusion steam oil pump. When the AVDM-250 unit is operating, liquid nitrogen is poured into the trap. Condensation of working fluid vapors occurs on the elements of the freezing device cooled with liquid nitrogen. The frame (plate) is designed for mounting the components of the unit. The ends of the wires are connected to a connector mounted on the frame of the AVDM-250 unit.

The ISO-KF connection (DIN 28 403 and ISO 2861) allows quick installation and replacement of components in vacuum systems. The connection consists of two symmetrical ISO-KF flanges (1), a centering ring with an O-ring seal (2) and a quick-release clamp (3). High-vacuum ISO-KF connections can be mounted without using a tool by simply turning the nut of the quick-release clamp.
