The mixer operates in a speed range from 50 to 1500 rpm, the maximum heating temperature of the working surface is 500 °C. The heating plate includes a base made of stainless steel and a working surface made of fire-resistant glass (glass ceramics). At temperatures above +550 °C, automatic overheating protection is triggered and turns off the heating. The device is equipped with an LCD screen to display set and actual temperatures, rotation speeds and additional animated icons. There is a timer for the specified operating time of the mixer; its maximum value is 990 minutes. There is a function for automatic detection of armature rotation failure. When the device detects an armature failure, the rotation stops. Then rotation resumes, but the speed is reduced by 10%, followed by restoration of the rotation speed to the user-specified parameters. A stall occurs if the armature becomes disengaged with the stirrer magnet and stops rotating. Disruption can occur for various reasons: the rotation speed is too high, the viscosity of the medium has changed during the mixing process, etc. When the power of the device is turned off, the set values of temperature, speed, timer time and the mode of detection (determination) of failure of armature rotation are stored in non-volatile memory.
