A wide spectral range (400-2500nm) provides measurement of the zonal reflection coefficient to determine the whiteness of flour in accordance with the GOST 26361-2013 methodology. To organize the work of analyzers in the ECANET network, the INFRASCAN-4200 analyzer can be used as a server for storing and transmitting data.
